Plaza stressed me out

First, these chumps take their $175 fee quickly. They are supposed to do this after finding a driver. But a driver never called so I called Points about 4 days before pickup. Here are the highlights.

Wanted pickup on Saturday, driver says he is coming Thursday and leaving that night. No can do. Called dispatcher and was told I would get my car picked up on Sat as originally scheduled.

Friday, no word. Saturday morning, silence. The communication sucks. I call Points, as soon as I say my name ... "click". Throughout the day, I got hung up on about 3 times.

Now, I'm stressed. After I leave Plaza a message about 3 pm, they call the carrier dispatcher because the dispatcher called me shortly after. They will get my car that night.

I actually got the car picked on my pick up date, and it was delivered 8 days later at the agreed price of $850 total. The car was super dirty, had to wash twice and still needs to be wiped down but not a big deal.

But these guys ran me through the stress machine the day of pick up. The communication was so bad that I thought I was being scammed. It's like everyone says, after they get their money, customer support is pretty shifty.

I'm thankful to get my car ok, but I would not use Plaza Auto Transport again.
