Overall, fluid and efficient experience with no surprises or gimmicks or hold ups. How this process works was different than I had previously thought where I would have to contact the shipping company directly. However, Chell Hart made things very easy and was easily accessible although I did not need to contact her more than a couple of times because the car was shipped on time without any hiccups. Driver was on time and contacted me an hour or 2 before drop off.

I shopped around and had quotes 200 dollars below Chell's but I didn't want to deal with the potential headaches. Bottom line, a couple hundred dollars was worth the customer service and ease of transaction.
