Contacted this company on 9/2 to transport my vehicle from Pennsylvania to Texas. The contract was drawn and I was told that there is 3 days wait time and that I will be contacted to finalize pick-up details. Well, 19 days later I'm still waiting for that call. 9/21, I called the company to follow-up and was stunned to know that they don't have a clue why I have not been contacted yet. What a poor customer service! And what a nightmare this has been for me as I need my car as soon as possible! Will never consider again nor recommend this company.
