Terrible customer service!! I was quoted 5 to 8 days for delivery and it took well over 2 weeks. Also when they finally picked up Vehicle almost 2 weeks after I called them to transport it, it was 5 more days before it was actually delivered. When they picked it up on a Friday they assured me it would be dropped off on Tuesday of the following week. This vehicle was a surprise birthday present. They did not show up until late Wednesday afternoon. well they messed up that surprise. They could care less about the small companies. I wanted Ready Auto Transport to show some kind of compensation because of how bad this whole process was. Well that was a joke. I first got the manager Trey who could not help me so he had me talk with his manager James who could not help me so he had me talk with the GM Patrick who also was not willing to help. This whole process of talking with managers took over a week. Know one would ever call me, I kept having to call several times a day. All I wanted was for them to make some kind of effort to take responsibility of what had happened. They could care less!!! They offered me 50 credit on the next time we use them. LOL. We will never use them again. He should have offered $50 credit on this transaction (minimum). Anyway the only thing that everyone I spoke with kept saying was how it cost there company more money to do this transaction than we were charged. I replied by saying that has nothing to do with me, you were the ones who quoted us the price. One last thing, Do Not expect this company to call you back, especially if you leave messages, even if you talk with someone and they say they will call you back or have someone call you back, It is not going to happen.
