Cannot honor pick up time

Booked with Western Relocation. They said they had a driver that could pick up around 9-10 am. They couldn't commit to a specific time and since the person at origin had a meeting at 10 am I asked for a pick up at 1pm.
Not only did they not show up on time they called every 1 1/2 hours saying they were 15 min out and they'd pickup within the hour. Pick up did not take place until 5pm. The guy at pick up location gave half of his day waiting on a pickup that he was constantly lied to saying they were almost there.
Everyone blames me for not allowing pick up at 10am but they agreed to the change of time before a deposit aka broker fee was paid. So it's on them that the delivery was late not me. They should have declined the time if they couldn't make it.
Their customs service after the fact was deplorable. Making excuses left and right. I was a truck driver for 17 years. If you have a pick up time you keep it. If you're running late, which you shouldn't, you call once and give an appropriate pick up time you can keep. You don't change it every 1 1/2 hours.
Stay away from Webster Relocation and Georgian Express Group. Both bad customer service and cannot tell time

Transport 'Company' arrived... a guy with a two car trailer. Normal auto transport carrier was I was told. I paid Western Relocation $100 broker fee to get a driver off Craigslist.

Wayne said that this guy with a trailer is licensed a commercial driver but driver would not show license. Every shipper is entitled to see that the driver is properly licensed for the job. He called me an asshole and said I should never call his company again. Why would I? They do not have a company. It is a room in there house they take calls to and from drivers. Trying to get fees for making calls and a load on a board. I'm sure he'll refute this but he was the one cussing at me because I called upset that they didn't pick my car up on time. Furthermore the driver did not have pick up or delivery address. He called guy at pick up to get address and asked me to text delivery address. Shouldn't a broker give that information? Bad bad company

Disreputable.

Having my car moved has been a nightmare. I just hope I never have to do it again.

Very dishonest people in my opinion. I would never wish them on any person having their car towed. Use U Ship. You'll get direct rates and not brokers taking an unearned cut like Webster Relocation. That's all I got anyway a guy with a trailer.

His vehicle was moved by a licensed carrier in the exact time frame requested. We can not commit to exact times do to traffic and transportation issues that we all deal with every day. He was informed we needed a window for pickup as well as delivery. This Gentleman was the most obnoxious crude and hateful person I have ever dealt with and I told him to never call our company again after he was miserably rude to my daughter on the phone. There are extremes than any company should not allow customers to go.
