Did business with United as Autolog. After 8 days car was delivered filthy and with $1700 damage. After getting the runaround for 45 days received a check for $500 and notice from their contract that their liability limit is $500 with additional insurance available at cost. Was never notified of additional insurance, had I been I would've purchased and been made whole. I will never use this shipper again. They are protecting the subcontractors they use at the expense of their customers, and obviously did so on a grand scale in my case.
