AmeriFeight is OKAY, but CFR is not.

I used AmeriFeight before, shipped my car from Chicago to California, and it only took 3 days! Amazing service! However, this time I choose AmeriFeight, and I am a little bit disappoint. The CFR person took my car on September 1st, and told me my car would be shipped in September 10th.

Every time I call CFR, and their front desk person said the manager will call me back, but they never call me. And then, I start to call them everyday to check where is my car.
September 9th,they said my car was still in Chicago, and would arrive on 11th.
10th, they said my car was on its way and almost there.
11th, The front desk person said the manager will call me later.
13th, the front desk said the manager was not in the office.
14th, I called in the morning, and they said they need to find a person to delivery my car.

It is understandable for delay or day off or whatsoever as long as somebody acknowledge me what is going on.

I may choose AmeriFeight in the future, but never CFR.
