This was my first time shipping a car and I was very skeptical. I did all of the online research and you read a lot of horror stories. This made me even more skeptical. I chose Amerifreight due to their strong ratings on the review sites. I called in and spoke to Josh and immediately he made me feel at ease about the pending experience. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He quoted me a price that I felt was fair. The communication through this process was excellent. I actually received a call from Josh stating that he had a carrier ready to take my car and would arrive within 45 minutes, at no extra cost. This was even before I had a chance to sign the contract, pay, and email it back. Again I was skeptical but I took care of the paperwork and sure enough the transport truck showed up as Josh said he would. The driver was polite, courteous, and professional. It was Monday afternoon departing Chicago and he said the car would be delivered in Phoenix Wednesday afternoon. The car was delivered right on time and in perfect condition and at the price I was originally quoted. I will definitely be using Amerifreight again, thank you Josh!
