I moved from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Honolulu, Hawaii recently. Total Car Shipping gave me the best quote among 10 or 12 different companies that contacted me. I was a little apprehensive this quote being the cheapest. But once my car came without a scratch and without any hassle, I was glad I chose their service.

Especially since transporting cars to Hawaii is extra tricky because of the travel by ship over the pacific, I must say I never had any problem during the whole process.

Special points to note :
1. Excellent communication by Richard, he replied to my questions by email, called me back when I left a message and explained carefully and in detail the entire process when we talked

2. Hassle free payment. Richard explained I could either pay the driver myself and pay the rest (including shipment booking) to Total Car Shipping or I could pay the entire amount to Total Car Shipping and they will arrange everything (paying the driver who picks up car and takes to dock), shipping booking etc. I paid everything together with credit card since I had to leave before my car and left my car at friend's to be picked up. It was good not to bother about shipment booking myself.

3. When the car sipped from dock, Richard supplied me booking number and I could track the ship's status. Once the car became available at dock (Matson shipping co.), I simply took a cab to the dock and drove it back. The car was in fine condition and without a single extra scratch since I left it.

Lowest cost among many, hassle-free one time payment, no (absolutely no) hidden cost and good communication made a tricky job easy for me.

I thank Richard and I would definitely call them again next time I need another car shipped. And I would definitely suggest their service to my friends.
