Pick up and delivery of my car was always late. Driver did not communicate well and often times did not pick up my phone call.

There was no damage or anything stolen from my car.

Kimberly was helpful and responsive with emails and texts.

Eva, I am sorry you feel we did not deserve 5 stars. Carriers dates are estimates which is clearly explained to you. You never informed me of any issues you were having. Jake was also involved and he did not tell me there were any issues either. Again I am sorry that my services are combined with the carriers to result in less than 5 stars.
