My overall experience was extremely smooth starting from the time i booked an online quote. I was contacted promptly by the broker who was really polite and professional. I was in a meeting at that time. He took great care to make sure that i was contacted at a time appropriate to me considering timezone difference. The broker was able to work out the dates at which i wanted the car to be picked up. The carrier who picked up the car was also professional and did not fault on the date. I got the car delivered at the date promised to me. The customer care division also kept me posted proactively on the status of the vehicle delivery. It was overall great service that the company provided.Good job.
