I used this company because of past ratings and references. The first driver that was suppose to pick up my car truck broke down and I had to call the customer service line to find this out. The next driver was suppose to give me a 24 hour notice before pick up he called a couple hours before pick up then he tells me if my car weights to much he's charging me $100 extra. I was never told when delivery would be until I emailed the company. The only information sent was how much it would be and how to make payment. The driver calls me monday afternoon at 2 and says your car will be delivered between 5-7 once again no notice which I called the company and asked for a notice so I can be in the area and have payment. Not very happy at all about the driver and process think I will use another company that communicates better next time.
