Everything about the experience was good except one thing. First, let me say, the driver and company were respectful, knowledgeable and prompt - on both ends pick up and drop off. The car was delivered in the condition we gave it, no scratches or anything. The only thing was, that at drop off after we paid and the driver left we discovered that our car had 0 gas in it. We had to drive with our rental car to an ACE hardware to buy a gas canister, fill it up with some gas and return to the car to put some gas in it. We were told to leave 1/4 tank gas in the car for the trip across the country, there was probably less in the car. It just would have been helpful if the driver told us so that we knew before he left (or alternatively the company should have told us to not leave less the 1/4 tank in the car). That was the only thing, otherwise excellent service.
