I experienced a successful transport of my automobile using Ship a Car Direct .
Communications and information were most helpful . The first assigned carrier , unexpectantly , cancelled my order .
This problem was immediately addressed by Stefan who was active in working on my assigned transport .Communications were great and within a 24 hour period my car was re-assigned .
The second assigned carrier was excellent and kept in touch with me during the transit across the country . Delivery was a success -no problems .
High scores for both these companies and to Stefan who made the arrangements .
I chose this company after researching it through the BBB . They had excellent reviews and my phone conversation with Stefan and the discussion we had impressed me .
They kept me informed all along the way . I appreciated the educational videos they posted about transport of your car . They were very helpful , informative and eased my mind - I was more confident that I had made a well informed choice .
