Ok exerience, bad customer service

Delivery was perfect but customer service with shipacardirect.com was poor. They talk a lot about how great customer service is but I didn't get that. My representative, Gaby, was difficult to reach and still has not followed through on her word to simply send me a receipt. I will most likely never use this site again. However, the transporter was flawless and delivered car in 1 day. I think ship a car direct is overpriced due to their ridiculous marketing.
