All in all, I would give this transportation service a 4 out of 5. Customer service was pretty good, and the only qualm that I have is that they use a third-party owner/operator type of system. This became a problem because I told customer service the vehicle wasn't available for shipment until Saturday evening, and that information wasn't sent to the driver. The other thing is the guy driving the transport vehicle showed up at around 2:00 AM! That was way too late to be loading a vehicle onto a trailer, and caused a bit of commotion. That was definitely the only downside. My car was picked up on a Friday night (really 2 AM Saturday morning), and it was delivered to me in Southeast Arizona on Monday.
