Having never shipped a vehicle before, I had lots of questions throughout the process. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to work with Felicia Williams of Auto Shipping Group Inc. Felicia was clear, direct, and patient which was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable shipping my vehicle. In addition, she was always available via email, phone, or text message so I knew if I had any issues during the process she would be there. The price was comparable with the quotes I received from other companies, but I selected Auto Shipping Group Inc. because they were clear with pricing and what to expect with each type of shipping option. I selected expedited, open shipping and they got me a carrier for my first available pick up date. Unfortunately, my vehicle received minor damages during transport as a result of the carrier (not Auto Shipping Group). Even then, Felicia was clear, friendly, and most helpful in guiding me through the process of filing a claim as I had purchased the AFTA insurance. For anyone else considering the insurance, make sure you take pictures at pick up and delivery as both will be necessary. In short, I was impressed by the service I received from Felicia at Auto Shipping Group Inc. and would certainly use them again for their straight forward, dependable, and friendly service.
