I was told it would be a Saturday pickup because I was flying out Monday but I did arrange transport Thursday so I'm not holding it against them that it wasn't picked up on time and I wouldn't mention it except I was called back and told that they arranged for Saturday. I called the driver Saturday evening to see what was up and find out they had orders to collect it Monday (and were currently 300 miles away) but agreed to come a day early to accommodate my flight.
