Handling of payments (poor)

All and All the transport went good. Had problem with payment of driver. Order was sub out to another carrier and miscommunication on payment to sub. Was not handled by Danny at Auto123 transport very well. Chris my contact from the beginning was very helpful and was outstanding in his customer service. Danny on the other hand was just a pain to work with told me "he would waive the 5% fee for using credit card and contact the sub with payment info and never did take care of the 5% or call the sub. I ended up having to pay the sub the extra 5% or they would not drop off my car at the final destination. Very poor customer service skills. Felt like he just wanted me to get off the phone and could care less that I will be using them twice a year for the next four years. I am now on the fence whether or not to use autotransport123 again.
