I found this company via Google. After digging around, it seemed their reviews trumped the others and so I filled out a quote. This was the interesting part - the quote process was very simple and a short time later I had an email in my inbox from Lance Staab. This is where the experience really sang for me - my first inquiry was totally exploratory. I had no real plans to ship anything for another six weeks and simply wanted to find out what the process was like. When I explained this to Lance via email and then by phone, he was very cordial and hands off, answered all my questions, gave me a quote and invited me to check in as the date drew near - he was never pushy, which to me is key in these kinds of transactions. I was all over the place for work, flying back and forth across country and whenever I needed to, I would text or call Lance to let him know how my plans were coming together and every step of the way he took my calls patiently and coordinated the whole thing as my ship date approached. When it was finally time to send the car on its way, the whole thing went off without a hitch, the driver met me at my office (couldn't be helped), loaded up the car and whisked it off. The estimate was 7 days to go from LA to MIAMI, totally understandable, but I watched my car loaded onto the truck Friday morning in LA and it was to me by 6pm Wednesday in Miami - that's five days folks. Unbeatable.

I was incredibly skeptical of this process but Lance and his people made it seamless. Will definitely use them again when I'm headed back west.
