When shipping my Nissan Sentra from CA to MA, I contacted two transport companies for quotes. The first company, Company A, had me pay a $150 deposit, then they sent me a confirmation email, but afterwards they didn't follow up for three days. At the same time I requested a quote from Auto Shipping Group, and the next day I received an informative text, email, and phone call from Heidi. I told her, however, that I was already going through Company A. Then, when I didn't hear back from Company A on day three, I called their terrible customer service line and canceled. Directly after, I called Heidi at Auto Shipping Group and she was a delight. Very friendly. Very well-informed. She gave me a quote. She kept me updated on the process. I called on Wednesday and she had my car ready to be picked up on Saturday with an estimated delivery for the following Saturday. I couldn't be more please. Don't be fooled and stressed by other transport companies, srsly. Use Auto Shipping Group.
