I was referred to autotransportdirect.com by a friend and after hearing all the positive feedback, I put in the order online. Picked up and delivered were on time (within the two hour window they gave). Before it was scheduled for picked up I was concerned that it might get delay (I had bad experience with another carrier a few years before) so I sent an email to check. Received an reply within 24 hours with a notification of the pick-up time and the actual shipper's contact. That's basically all I need to do to interact with the customer service.
