Transported 2014 Toyota Sequoia from FL to CA. Went great. Primary concern was that driver was made primary point of contact to arrange pick-up and delivery details. Would be willing to pay more for more professional handling of commmunications as this was a residential pick up and drop off. That said, I don't blame the driver at all as his job is to drive the vehicle and is not trained in communications. He did his job well, but could use administrative support.
