The downside of the experience was that the initial quote went up $100, but this was (almost) expected. The upside was that Lance was in constant contact with me. He didn't disappear once the deposit was paid. The terms and conditions of the shipping were clearly explained and there were no surprises along the way. The car was delivered one day late, but arrived there with no damage. Overall, this was a positive experience and not nearly as stressful as I thought it would be.
