I used Angels Moving Autos to transport my car from Illinois to California. The driver called me two days in advance to let me know approximately when he would be picking up my car. I then heard from him on the day of about an approximate pickup time, but he let me know that he would call again about a half hour before he arrived at my location. I had to check in with him because he seemed to be running a little late, but he did pick up 9 cars in one day and mine was the last one so understandably it was later. He apologized for being later than estimated, but he did pick up the car the day he told me he would, just a little later time. They did the inspection real quick and I was on my way. There was a little confusion on the driver's part about the drop off in California since I had a second shipping leg. It seems he was not aware of the second shipping leg. He thought I was taking the car from them when really there was another person and shipper to take the car on the second shipping leg directly to me. I called Angels Moving Autos and was able to connect with someone right away who fixed the problem in the matter of minutes. The driver on the second shipping leg kept in good contact with me and showed up at the time he estimated. Even though there were just a few issues, Angles Moving Autos' staff was able to work them out quickly. The car showed up in the same condition as it was when I had handed it over.
