I used ASG to ship a Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia camper van from Phoenix AZ to Harpeswell Maine, and dealt primarily with Kimberly. Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. The price changed (+$200) after the quote due to vehicle height, which was a bit annoying (but the info provided with the quote listed this as a possibility), but Kimberly relayed the info quickly, and I had the option of waiting for another truck for the original quoted price. Kimberly also provided the truck driver's contact info so I could speak directly with him prior to accepting the revised quote (Ronnie at Adkins Trucking). But Phoenix to Harpeswell isn't really on an express route, and Ronnie seemed like a good guy, so I accepted the revised quote. The trucker had a few problems with another client, so pickup was not on the day he originally planned, but he was great on communicating updates, and was great to work with. Pickup time was not critical to me (which I communicated to Ronnie as well) but it was still within the original window, and the delivery time was a couple of days faster than anticipated. Van arrived without incident, or damage. I wouldn't hesitate to use ASG or Ronnie again.

As to the price change, yes if I would have known the original height to begin with I would have quoted this differently. But I am glad that all worked out, and I am glad that we were able to get the vehicle to Maine for you. Enjoy!
