Horrible customer service

Greg is a very unprofessional person. He charged my card for 150 and said the carrier was going to come and the three days on the day of pick up I called to verify the drivers name he said it was cancelled. No phone call to saying it was cancelled. Then when I told him I will file a complaint/lawsuit if I don't get my money back he calls me retarded and hangs up. When I called back he hangs up again. Do not go with company unless you want poor service and if you want to be robed.
