Ali with AmeriFreight coordinated the transport of my car and she provided excellent service. She found a transporter in a timely manner and she kept me informed with almost daily status and progress reports. She followed up with me after my car was picked up in Houston and dropped off in Atlanta. She promptly addressed any concerns or issues that I expressed.
The driver picked up my car on scheduled and he was polite. However, the driver did not drop off the car off as originally scheduled. As a result, the drop off was rescheduled and occurred on the following day.
