The communication was excellent and very appreciated. The pick up time was delayed while trying to book a carrier but not unacceptably so. Tim and Bill offered assistance in completing the deal to secure a carrier. I was surprised and grateful that a company would put the customer first so promptly in such a way. My vehicle was delivered on an open hauler but everything checked out fine. I would not hesitate to use Stateway again.
