The transport went smoothly from start to finish. Kelly found me a driver the day after I called to put the order in. The car was picked up at the dealership a couple of days later and the driver, Eric, called me from Connecticut the day before the car came up to Boston with the time he would be in town the next day. Eric arrived on time and the car was in great shape with no visible damage from shipping. I've used Direct Express a few times now, and each transport was seamless from start to finish as I mentioned above. I would highly recommend them for a future vehicle transport.
