I shipped my car through Direct Express Auto Transport and it went very smoothly. However, what was very impressive is how they handled the cars I didn't ship! I had to cancel two orders before the one they finally shipped. In both cases they were very helpful and quickly refunded my deposit. I really appreciate the customer service. When I did finally make the purchase and ship the car it got here quickly, was a little dirty (but that was expected after a cross-country trip) and all went smoothly. I would use them again.
