I was terrified to even start this project. I was tasked with shipping my boss's daughter's car. It HAD to go smoothly; however, I knew nothing about shipping a car and the more I read more scared I became. There were so many horror stories out there! THIS is not one of them. Anne was phenomenal. Very prompt response, very honest, very transparent in EVERYTHING. I had specific questions about the contract, she answered those questions...in writing. The actual price was just $50 more than the quote. Everything was very smooth and there were no issues. The carrier contacted the car owner when he was supposed to, was on time, was polite. There was no damage to the car, no extra miles on the odometer, none of the horror stories I was reading from other companies. Just a great experience!
