Tige was knowledgable and helpful when informing me how the business works and what to expect when setting up transport for my vehicle. Auto Shipping Group did a good job and I was happy with their service. However, I was disappointed in the actual carrier that transported my vehicle. They kept saying they would arrive in 3-4 hrs to pick up my vehicle. After 24 hours, many cancelled appointments, and apparently a tire problem, my vehicle was finally picked up at 3am! Completely not acceptable. It would have been ok to say we can't pick up today, we can be there tomorrow, instead of saying they were 3-4 hours away. It arrived at 12:30 am in California. It arrived undamaged.
