I was extremely nervous about shipping my car from Washington State to South Carolina, especially given the plethora of negative reviews written online about virtually every shipping company. However, I decided to go with Chell Hart of Auto Shipping Group after reading positive reviews about her on Yelp. From what I understand, your experience really depends on the individual you work with at any given shipping company more than the company itself. Chell provided me with an accurate quote and patiently explained the process of shipping a car to me. I was not aware that the shipping companies are essentially brokering the transaction between you and your driver. Chell explained how my shipping request would be posted on a database for drivers to select, based upon the competitiveness of the quote provided. She provided a fair quote that wasn't too high or too low, but industry standard in order to maximize the likelihood of matching me with a driver in a timely manner. Chell even provided me with her cell phone number and called me frequently with updates on my car's location & driver. I was able to text her questions while I waited for my car to arrive, and she always responded very quickly. I can't speak highly enough of Chell. She did not pay me to write this review, she simply asked if I would write an honest one. And given how positive my experience was, of course, I agreed!
