Now after Ness found out about the post, he called me and apologized for the behavior of his company saying that he was thrown in the middle. He then asked me to please remove the post and lets just go our separate ways since I had finally received my refund.I told him that I was not going to remove it because that was my honest experience with this company. He then threaten me and told me that if I dont remove the post and if I post another one that he would have the check cancelled. He then made a raciest statement in the middle of me telling him that I have every right to post my experience about the situation. He stated to me, POWER TO THE PEOPLE! I WAS LIKE WOOW NOW YOU WANT TO BE RACIEST. HE THEN WENT ON TO SAY SOMETHING IN REGARDS TO ME NOT BEING ABLE TO PAY MY RENT!!!!!!! WHAT???? THIS COMPANY IS SOMETHING ELSE. DO NOT USE THEM. SAVE YOURSELF AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY. PLEASE IM WARNING. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY. THEY TREATED ME LIKE GABAGE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MIKE.







I submitted this review earlier today only to have Ness from the company contact transport reviews to tell them that I was never a customer. So I immediately sent in proof of my payment as well as supporting emails to show that not only was I telling the truth but that I was also a paying customer as well.

I was searching online for transporters and after speaking with several companies, because of the customer service, I chose DIY! HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE mistake. I started off talking to Mike and built a rapport with him. Explained to him that my dad was very sick and I needed to move him from Alaska to be with me and Georgia and that I needed to transport his truck from AK to GA. I paid for the services on July 3 2015 and my dad have a seizure the same day while driving the truck and hit 9 cars with his last impact being a tree. I immediately called back and talked to Mike and explained to him what had happen. He was so nice and sweet and he immediately started the process to get me back my money. He sent me an email with the CO-OWNER info which was Joe. Joe stated that he ad reversed the charges and they should be back on my CC within 3 to 7 days. Well after the 10th day, I called Joe back because I did not receive my refund. He explained to me that he was going to resend the monies back through the bank. Well after another 10 days and no refund, I called Joe back and he said, "Oh Demi, I forgot to call you. The bank would not allow me to refund you that amount so i'm putting a check in the mail today? (july20) Well I called back on july 24 because I still have not received my check. I called back to the office and from this point I noticed that they had caller Id because when I would call, they would sarcastically answer the saying, "Demi what can we do for you today!" They would even transfer me to music and not come back to the line when I called or sometimes transfer to the voicemail. One young lady even said to me, I cant hear you call back and hung up! Finally I was able to speak to Joe and he said oh give it a few more days because I mailed it. Patiently again, I waited! On July 27th, I called back in and I said I did not receive the check, Please stop payment on it and overnight it. This is getting out of hand. Joe response was that he had already did that and the check was sent priority 2 day mail on July 24. I called on Wednesday because I still did not receive the check. This went on till friday!!! Still No check. On friday, I called and spoke to Ness who was calling Joe on another line because he was in Jersey on vacation. Joe said that he would deposit the money in a chase account that day! Guess what! It never happened! That saturday (today) August 9!!!! I called back in and Ness said, Demi i'm glad you called, the other owner Eric is here. Hold on let me get him. Well the other owner obviously refused to talk to me. Went I was demanding to speak to him, he got on the phone and was very very rude and hung up on me!!! Finally the check came and to my surprise, the name on the check was wrong! THESE PEOPLES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE UNTIL THE POINT OF SALE. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE! THEY LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU ANYTHING MIXED WITH A BUNCH OF LIES!! I HAVE 3 MORE CARS THAT I MUST SHIP FROM ALASKA AND I WOULDN'T LET THEM MOVE THEM FOR FREE!! ITS THAT SERIOUS.
