This company had a representative available by phone the evening that I decided to give them a call. That was reassuring to me as other companies hardly answered their day phone which I assumed was to screen calls to avoid complaints. After speaking with a knowledgeable representative I agreed to use their service. They also had the best reviews on BBB. A truck was available to pick up my car the very next day. They estimated my delivery 9 days out and I anticipated getting a rental car until then. My car arrived early and I was actually able to meet the delivery man the day I arrived so I saved a ton not having to rent a vehicle. I would bring to your attention that if the driver is there too early and you are not, they expect you to get there asap so they can get ahead with their route. If you are shipping your car then I assume you are flying to your destination so this is obviously a problem since you have a set date to arrive. I was lucky that I arrived first thing in the morning otherwise I don't know what would have happened. I don't have advice for that scenario but just be aware that could happen with any company. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this company to anyone. I transported a few clothes and shoes in my trunk. My car and my belongings were exactly how I left them. The car was lightly dusted with dirt but nothing I didn't anticipate. I was very pleased. The communication throughout the process was great as well. The driver contacted me for the pick-up window as well as his estimates on the delivery time starting 24-48 hours before arrival. It was a positive experience.
