Felicia did an excellent job of coordination on this job. I felt like I was the only person she was handling during the entire time. She let me know what was going on every step of way. When we were under contract, cost, what I had to do to pay the driver on delivery, how the check needed to be made out.
Who the company that was picking up the car was and when they would be there. I was informed when the car was picked up and on its way. When it would get to Texas.

The day of delivery I was notified with 30 minutes of when the truck would arrive. The car was delivered on time and on schedule.

What a joy to work with someone that knows their job and keeps you informed every step of the way.
