I had been through a very bad experience with another company, who kept talking in circles and never picking up the car. I was always put on hold or told I'd be called right back and never was. The first time I spoke to Tom I felt immediately relieved ! I could tell he knew what he was doing! No run around, no stories! He told me the reason no one was picking up my car ( we moved to a pretty rural area where truckers don't like to go) and within 24 hours he had a driver!! My car was at my sisters house in NY and by the time Tom called me, the driver, Roman, had already called her! I was pretty nervous due to my earlier experience but all went quite smoothly. Roman had a few truck issues on the way but let me know and was very apologetic. He was going to deliver the car on a Sunday but got behind due to other issues so as the door went on we decided to go for the following AM. We had to drive a few hours to pick up the car but it arrived safe & sound without a mark. I hope I don't have to ship my car again ( I bought it one week before shipping also!!) but if I ever did, I would definitely call Tom first!! No hidden fees, no surprises, good moral support !!
