The transport was on time and our driver Jessie made sure to call and give us ample time to prepare the vehicle for pickup, as well as made sure the drop-off was the correct location. When the designated location was not reachable due to size of the entrance, he was willing to arrange another spot nearby for safer delivery. Estimated time frame was generous and he arrived one day earlier than expected, and was very open about allowing us to inspect the car when it arrived. Very personable and respectful man and answered any and all questions we had for him during the process.
