Emily, the broker, was very attentive and responsive in lining up the transport. The only issue we had was with the carrier itself who seemed unable to determine in advance whether he could both pick-up and deliver the car at residential addresses. Finally, in spite of assurances that he could, we still had to provide short-distance, local transportation.

Thanks for your positive review, John! Yes, a carrier will try to deliver to your address unless it's on a steep hill or a tight cul-de-sac or low hanging trees. There isn't always a way for a carrier to guarantee in advance whether or not there are obstacles, sometimes they arrive to find they'll have to meet you down the road at a local parking lot. Sorry about that!
