Had my show motorcycle picked up in Virginia where the driver took the time to secure the bike behind two cars heading for Washington as well. The driver contacted me several times during his trip to inform me of his progress and the target delivery date. To my surprise he made the trip to my driveway in 5 days by himself. He said he has hauled lots of expensive bikes but to my surprise he over tightened the straps on a hard tail bike and broke off the kickstand. After he left, I had the opportunity to examine the custom paint job with 12 coats of clear and located 2 different places where his straps had damaged the paint job. Wasn't to happy about this but it is what it is. National wasn't the cheapest by any means but they did get the job done on my schedule. I wanted the bike picked up and delivered and not stored in someone's truck while they try and make a load.
