This is my first time transport the car, which is 2012 Nissan Rouge. I was worried about the whole process as it is first time and I have a very limited window for car to pickup and delivery. Ship A Car Direct is so great and guide me through the process smoothly. They help to submit the bid and pick the carrier. They also send me detail instructions and tips on each step. They are very prompted to answer any questions and concerns I had. The carrier pick up the car on time and deliver the car in time. It was really a great experience and I will no longer worry about the car transport in the future with Ship A Car Direct.
