As a first-time vehicle transport user, I had no idea what to expect. David at Ship-A-Car-Direct did a wonderful job returning phone calls and responding to emails, answering all questions in a timely manner. As a broker, I believe David at Ship a Car Direct did everything possible to find a solid carrier. Although my carrier didn't have years of experience, they acted as if they had been doing this for several years. The carrier answered my phone calls or returned them quickly every time. He accommodated a solid transport plan, picking up my vehicle very close to my home and dropping it off very close to the intended destination. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Ship-A-Car-Direct and Warrior Express!
