The service is good! They sent me email earlier and the driver contacts me on time. They also have the post-service customer feedback call.
I will recommend to anyone if you have a car to ship to a different state. The sales person is very considerate to let me know the timing might be either early or late within 24-48 hours, but better early than late. It actually saved me money on renting cars in the new city.
