After reading reviews on the car transport industry, I selected Ship A Car Direct. Even though the ratings were mostly positive, I still felt I was sending my car off with a hope and a prayer of getting it delivered on-time and without damage. However, I really don't have a single complaint. The email and online information and correspondence is excellent and helpful. I was in touch with the driver in the few days leading up to the pickup. Driver was on time and polite. For the delivery, I was contacted the night before to schedule a delivery time. Again, it was on-time and the car was delivered without damage. I was pleasantly surprised! Also, even though they provide a small rebate for writing a review, they do not have any control over the review content. Yes, I would use Ship a Car Direct again. For the cost and quality of service, it sure beat the time and expense of driving the car 3 days myself.
