I called several auto transporters that had 5 star reviews when researching how to ship my car. I went with Auto Shipping Group because when I spoke to Felicia she took the time to gather all of the specifics of my move and explain the whole process to me in detail. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel that my car and I would be taken care of, and I was right! Working with Felicia was very easy – she communicated proactively to keep me informed of the status throughout the process. The process of shipping the car was very easy. It was picked up very close to my apartment in Miami and dropped off a block from my new apartment in California. The driver of the truck was very friendly. I would highly recommend Auto Shipping Group and would use them again if we need to move again! Thank you, Felicia for making this such a good experience!
