Your service exceeded my expectations. Steve explained everything to me clearly and confirmed my understanding. I must say I was a little nervous because he spoke so fast (I am originally a New Yorker) and I didn't understand why some names were different. Their phone message was also a little over the top. But they delivered EXACTLY as promised. I was surprised and pleased by their efficiency. With the driver's name (Curtis Lee) and number in hand, we communicated several times and he arrived a day early. On top of that, they were a little less expensive than others with no BS upcharges. Thanks.
