After having contract with 3 brokers and month later no car. Stefan at ship a car direct didn't low ball but gave me quote that moved car next day. Car arrived with no damage and on time so happy. After contract all communications was through email, no returned phone calls but prompt on emails. would of liked Stefan to return phone calls after I left 3 messages instead of emails like he did during quote and up to contract acceptance. But otherwise service was great.
