Tige was a dream to work with. I needed my car picked up from a friend's place while I was on vacation and dropped off after I arrived in Salt Lake City. Not only did he keep me updated every step of the way, he was extremely up front about the process and any competition for pickup. He woild even contact people for me when he thought he'd be more effective at ensuring quality service. My shipping rig was great and the driver was great, and I know if ahyone had ever complained about a rig's service it wouldn't be chosen for my car. They have a customer for life, and I'll request Tige whenever my shipping covers his area!

My car did arrive a little dirty, but otherwise unharmed. This happens evey time someone chooses an open rig and takes the cheaper lower level, though, so it wasn't a problem.
