I called this company on a Monday evening to get my SUV shipped to a family member in Massachusetts. They said it might be a few days before it got picked up, which was fine as it would give me time to thoroughly clean the car. The next morning at 8:20 AM the driver called and said he was 20 minutes out. Yikes! I scrambled to clean out the car and drove it to the top of my road (I live on a farm at the end of a 1/2 mile road). As promised the driver was there in exactly 20 minutes. He was very courteous and professional and had a very cute dog with him. I left the car, handed him the keys, and left for a business appointment. Three days later he met my brother at the Woodshole Ferry in Massachusetts with the car as promised. And it was $300 less than the next lowest bid I received. Great job!!! 5 stars.
